For the quality ham of artisanal production, the best parts of the ham are selected, cooked and lightly smoked. The very fine powder of smoked juniper, obtained from scented wood, rich in resin, forms the juniper-flavored crust.
How to taste it
This cooked ham is suitable for both appetizers and main courses. It goes well for example with mushrooms or spinach. We recommend fresh asparagus on delicate slices of juniper cooked.
