The sausages from Merano are made with a mix of South Tyrolean beef and pork. Born from an ancient South Tyrolean recipe, they are one of the most popular sausages thanks to their pleasant smoked taste.<\/p>\n

\n<\/i>The Meranesi are prepared with coarse-grained beef and pork, stuffed into natural casings and smoked with beech wood.<\/p>\n

How to taste them<\/strong>

Served with ketchup and medium-spicy mustard, the Meranesi are a real treat.
